Welcome to GAZ-IT ENERGY LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our on-demand gasoline delivery service ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Service Availability
- Our Service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Delivery times are subject to availability and may take up to 60 minutes from the time your order is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason at our discretion.

2. Order Placement and Payment
- By placing an order through our Service, you agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of purchase.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other payment methods made available through our platform.
- All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is not stored by us.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Fuel Delivery
- Delivery personnel will deliver fuel directly to your vehicle at the location specified in your order.
- You must be present at the delivery location to receive the fuel. If you are not present, the delivery may be canceled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
- Our delivery personnel will adhere to all safety protocols during the delivery process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your order up to 15 minutes after placing it for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 15 minutes may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your vehicle's location, make, model, and license plate number.
- You must ensure that your vehicle is in a safe location for fuel delivery.
- You agree not to use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAZ-IT ENERGY LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.
- We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle resulting from the delivery of fuel unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
- Your continued use of our Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
